We are extremely easy to reach and usually have someone willing to answer the phone from 7am through 9pm, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays our hours vary but are usually from 10am through 9pm. On Sundays staff come and go and though they may not be here to answer a call at any given moment, will certainly check for messages and give you a call-back the same day. When leaving a message, don't forget to give your name, phone number, and if possible, the nature of your inquiry.

Note—These hours may become interrupted due to personal or natural emergencies, or by special circumstances when we are called upon to do estate appraisals, estate settlements and outside research tasks for museums, authors and universities.
