Single numbered plate is 8 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches high, on approxiamtely 30 lb. paper, and done by means of pochoir. (Pochoir- French term for stencil. Applied to a class of print hand-coloured through a series of carefully cut out stencils.) Two individuals are depicted, each wearing a different style of clothing from the period. In very fine condition, the colors being bright and clean. The extensive handwork of coloring is easily apparent. Fine.
