Customer Satisfaction
We want our customers to be satisfied, so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just return it postage paid (or in person), via media mail, with delivery confirmation. It's that simple. And if returned in the orginal condition, we will happily pay your return postage as well and issue a complete refund when the item is received.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in shipment, contact us immediately so we can process a claim. In some cases, you may have to take the shipment and its original packaging to your local post office to receive an insurance refund. In any case, you will be reimbursed.
Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards—Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, on a world-wide basis. We also accept world-wide PayPal payments (directed to
sugartreebooks@rcn.com), checks and money orders (from the U.S. only). Payments from other countries are gladly accepted, but please contact us via email or phone for the payment options for your country.
Special Handling
We do provide expedited handling and express overnight shipping. Rather than bear the anger for years of having forgotten that "wonderful gift" that's been hinted at for so long, contact us to make arrangements to save the day. We do this much more often than you would think.
Refunds
Returns allowed within 10 days with stated cause by buyer via email, as long as item is returned in the same condition as sent.
Shipping
All orders are shipped on the day following receipt of payment, except those received on Saturdays and those paid by personal check. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped the following Monday.
